Scope of E-Consent
This E-Consent covers all interactions and communications with FastLoanConnect.com, and may extend to lenders in our network, conducted via this website, email, or electronic means. This includes all loan disclosures, privacy notices, terms and conditions, and other communications related to your loan request.
Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of any disclosures or agreements directly from the lender you are connected with. Lenders are required to provide paper copies upon request, typically at no charge. FastLoanConnect.com does not provide paper copies of lender documents on behalf of lenders.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access electronic records and disclosures, you will need: a computer or mobile device with internet access; an email account capable of receiving messages; a current web browser with 128-bit encryption; a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader); and the ability to print or store documents electronically.
Withdrawal of Consent
Your E-Consent for FastLoanConnect.com's connecting service cannot be withdrawn after submission as it is a one-time transaction. However, your E-Consent with any individual lender may be withdrawn at any time by contacting that lender directly, without charge or penalty.
Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information, including your email address, current with any lenders you work with. Providing inaccurate contact information may result in you missing important disclosures or communications about your loan.
