California Residents — CCPA Opt-Out
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time.
How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
Send an email to support@fastloanconnect.com with the subject line “CCPA Do Not Sell My Information” and include the following:
- Full legal name
- Physical address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Proof of identity
- A description of the right you wish to exercise
Once your request is received, we will contact you within 2 business days to verify your identity and process your opt-out.
⚠️ Important Notice
If you opt out of the sale of your personal information, please be aware that we will be unable to help you find a loan or other products and services through our network partners. Sharing your information with lenders is a necessary part of our loan matching service. To opt back in at a future date, you may submit a new request to the same email address.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service based on your decision to exercise this right.
