California Consumer Privacy Act — For California Residents

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to additional rights over your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). This notice explains those rights and how to exercise them.

California Customer Records
Name, address, telephone number, driver's license number, SSN, and bank account numbers. Used for service performance, product offerings, and compliance.
Protected Classifications
Age and military status, used for service performance and product offerings.
Commercial Information
Products or services you've viewed or interacted with on our site.
Internet/Network Activity
Interactions with our website, advertisements, and applications. Sourced from your browser and marketing partners.
Geolocation Data
General location data sourced from your browser or device.
Professional/Employment Information
Employer name and length of employment, sourced from you directly.
Inferences
Profiles reflecting your preferences and characteristics, sourced from third-party data providers.

2. Right to Know

As a California resident, you have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties we share it with, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

CCPA requests are limited to twice per 12-month period.

3. Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions provided by law.

4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale

You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information. To exercise this right, visit our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.

Please note that if you opt out, we will be unable to help you find a loan or other products through our network partners, as sharing your information with lenders is required to provide this service.

5. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

6. Authorized Agent

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit CCPA requests on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by you.

7. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to support@fastloanconnect.com with the subject line “CCPA Request” including:

  • Full legal name
  • Physical address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Proof of identity
  • Description of the right you wish to exercise

We will contact you within the timeframe required by law to verify your identity and process your request.
